We transfer a property out of an estate following probate – e.g. to Beneficiaries or to Trustees.
We can help you to look at the most efficient and flexible method of holding property.
We can transfer properties To Or From Trusts:

- What are your long-term thoughts/concerns?
We create Trust documents to support/explain property transfers or purchases.
We are happy to have an initial consultation whereby we review your circumstances.
A simple transfer of property out of an estate can cost as little as £375 Plus VAT Plus Land Registry Fees of at least £51 (For example, transfer of property from deceased to Beneficiary at Land Registry).
A complex transfer of property out of an estate can cost from £500 Plus VAT Plus Land Registry Fees of at least £51 (for example, transfer of property from deceased to multiple Beneficiaries or to a Trust and/or Beneficiary at Land Registry).
